Adventurous, assured and refreshingly individual. This four track E.P ‘Oxygen’ is an appeal for the protection of all that unites us. Written and recorded at her home studio in rural Devon, the surrounding landscape has a massive impact on Third Girl's sound. With shades of Polly Scattergood and Portishead she combines field recordings with impressionistic, dark and intimate vocals, translucent synths, vibey guitars and occasionally a 1920's zither banjo. 

‘Oxygen’ arrives alongside an exquisite video born out of a collaboration between Third Girl From The Left and dancer and choreographer Nicky Burke. The video showcases this strong fearless woman, as the giver and sustainer of all life battling against darker spirits. Ingeniously filmed on a kitchen worktop and edited during lock-down Third Girl says “ Although 2020 has been an incredibly difficult year for everyone, I've tried to remain upbeat. It has taught me that working within restricted parameters can be a very creative process.”
Third Girl From The Left is currently recording new material for her second EP.
